Meet the Founder
Michelle Abraham
Diligence. Integrity. Passion.
Michelle Abraham began her career as a process server in 2009 after answering an ad to deliver civil subpoenas. Upon completion, she was immediately intrigued! Michelle worked diligently, and by the end of 2009, she was fully certified to serve all other types of processes.
At the beginning of 2011, Michelle founded a process serving company called Abraham and Associates, Certified Process Servers, LLC. By the end of 2012, she took on a partner changing the name to Abraham, Turner and Associates, CPS, LLC. aka ATA Process. However, she always aspired to run a company that focused on three core values: diligence, integrity, and passion! So she parted ways, giving her former partner the company she founded to start another.
And so in 2013, Diligent Process Services and Investigation Inc. began. Now Michelle runs a client-focused business with a team of the most diligent servers and investigators throughout Florida and the United States.
